The Food and Beverage program at Falmouth Country Club is deep, rich, varied, experiential, and satisfying. Our restaurant features a beautiful bar, seating area, couches, and a fireplace that's lit any day we're open in the winter. The main dining room features elegant, sun-drenched seating and spectacular views of the golf course. On summer nights, the deck is strung with bistro lights that twinkle along with the stars overhead. On summer days, the deck is the perfect spot to watch golfers come "home" on the 18th green. 

Our wine list, curated by Sommelier Erica Archer, is deep and varied. Our spirits selection features top shelf offerings from around the world. The ten taps at the bar feature exclusively Maine-made craft brews. And throughout the year, our beer dinners, wine dinners, and bourbon tastings are the toast of the town.

Executive Chef Nicholas Verdisco's background includes working for acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongrichen as an Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Pound Ridge in Westchester, New York. There, he cooked for the likes of Martha Stewart, Ryan Reynolds, and Blake Lively. After a visit years later to Acadia National Park, Nick and his wife fell in love with Maine and decided to relocate. Eventually, his culinary path led him to Falmouth.

The restaurant is open year-round and serves an ever-changing menu of lunch, dinner, desserts (homemade from scratch by Pastry Chef Sarah Miller) and kids' offerings. When we say "Bon Appetit"... we mean it!
