Adult Racket Sports

Intro To Tennis
For players who have never played tennis. True beginners!
*9-10:30am Mondays*
*4:30-5:30pm Fridays*

Serve and Volley Clinic
Learn and practice how to transition from serve to the net.
*Mondays 10:30-11:30am*

Low Impact Cardio Tennis
*Tues drop in classes, this lower impact version of Cardio Tennis will get you moving on the court. Minimum of three players per clinic.
*Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm*

3.0-3.5 (Challengers) Doubles Co-Ed Clinic
*For both men’s and women’s players with required USTA rating of 3.0+, UTR rating of 3.0+ and/or evaluation lesson
*Wednesdays 9-10:30am*

A unique twist on the traditional game, with three players on each side of the net and a pro keeping score and feeding in. Triples offers a few slight rule changes requiring added strategies and enhanced teamwork. Teams of 3 or 4 players compete in a round robin format.
Minimum of six players required per clinic
*Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm (until June 28th), 5:30-7:00pm (after June 28th)*
*Sundays 9-10:30am*

Friday Night Live Ball
An upbeat twist on the traditional game, three winning points and the champs stay in, no matter the starting configuration of players (doubles based).
Minimum 5 players per clinic
*Fridays 5:30-7pm*

Tournament Tough Clinic
Competitive games plus instruction, 3.5 USTA rating required.
*Saturdays 10:30-12noon*

2.0-2.5 (Futures) Co-Ed Clinic
For players working to improve their basics while getting solid coaching and point play experience. Recommended for USTA 2.0-2.5 rated players, or with an evaluation lesson from one of our pros.
*Sundays 10:30am-12noon*

Intro to Pickleball
Learn to play the game that's taking the world by storm. Learn the rules of pickleball with an introduction to best practices of movement and strokes.
Mondays 4-5pm 4 weeks $100pp (must have four signed up for session)
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 4 weeks $100pp (must have four signed up for session)
Saturday 12noon-1:00pm 4 weeks $100pp (must have four signed up for session)

Cardio Tennis
Get healthy, play tennis! Medium-impact, run and fun for USTA levels 2.5-3.5.
Tuesdays 8-9am
Thursdays 8-9am

Intro to Grass Court Tennis
Learn to play the classic game in a classic way, on the Wimbledon style grass courts. We cover everything from serve and volley, movement and strategy to necessary equipment to play well on the grass. Minimum four players, maximum eight.
